Beer Review: Tuatara Solstice

The first in what is planned to be Tuatara’s annual “tribute” to the summer solstice. This offering delivers just that with a nice refreshing flavor that is prefect for a late afternoon drink. This beer even had non-beer drinkers enjoying a bottle and you would be forgiven for thinking that it didn’t have any hops in it at all. However, the Pacific Hops enhance the spicy taste of the beer.

This beer is a refreshing change from a Pale Ale and is well worth a repeated tasting. The bar has been set high for the 2016 offering from Tuatara.
