Beer Review: Brothers Pale Ale

DSCN7707_crop

Brothers have made a pale ale that could be put against the definition of “Pale ale” in the dictionary. The nose is quite weak to the point where it is hard to pick it, but when you smell it is unmistakably hoppy. The taste is thick and nicely hopped without being too strong, so it wont scare people who aren’t big on high IBUs. The finish is subtle, but nice. Was very nice ice cold and is quite refreshing after a hot day.
